VirtuOz, the provider of virtual agent solutions, announced today that the company grew rapidly in 2009, posting record sales as a result of accelerated new customer adoption and expanded use of VirtuOz at existing customers in both North America and Europe.
The growth in 2009 bolstered VirtuOz’s already strong financial position, enabling it to invest more in new products and expand every part of the organization. This market expansion also validates the growing awareness and value that businesses are receiving by making virtual agents part of their CRM strategies.
During 2009, VirtuOz:
- Saw annual business more than double year-over-year
- Signed two multi-million dollar deals
- Won significant new customers in the telecommunication, financial services and public sector industries
- Increased new worldwide customers by 60%
- Expanded the number conversations facilitated by its customers’ virtual agents by more than 300%
- Increased its worldwide personnel by 49%
