Included in the toolkit is Artificial Solutions’ patented natural interaction engine that is at the heart of its natural language applications used by millions of people every year. The Teneo Interaction Engine enables Artificial Solutions’ virtual assistants to learn, reason and understand, and then apply this knowledge to real-life interactions such as booking a flight and crediting air miles in a back-end system, enabling gamers to converse naturally with AI controlled characters, or simply just sending an email using voice recognition.
In addition, developers will also gain access to Teneo Studio, Artificial Solutions’ intuitive tool that removes the need for developers to be linguistic experts by enabling non-technical users to create and develop a mobile virtual assistant. Teneo Studio’s easy to use flow chart structure makes adding new dialogues or updating the virtual assistant’s responses as simple as drag and drop, whilst one click publishing ensures any changes made are instantly available.

In the near future, Teneo Toolkit will be available to access via a dedicated online portal, allowing developers to build their application in the cloud in a completely “self-serve” environment. Currently in beta, the portal will make it even easier for developers to experiment with NLI.
