On 3 August 2012 the Global Business Summit on ICT will be held at the British Business Embassy at Lancaster House in London. One of 18 business summits being held during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the ICT day will also serve as the kick-off for the Best of British technology virtual exhibition which will provide a broader opportunity for companies to engage with delegates during that day and for the following six months. Creative Virtual Ltd is honoured to be selected to showcase their V-Person™ technology through participation in the virtual exhibition.
The British Business Embassy, developed by UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) as part of the GREAT campaign and launched by the Prime Minister as the centrepiece of the government’s international business programme during the London 2012 Games, will help showcase the best of what the UK has to offer in a range of industries, including ICT. Business Secretary Vince Cable said, “The British Business Embassy provides an unmissable opportunity to show why Britain is the ideal place to invest and do business. The range of companies who have signed up is testament to the diverse talent we have here and I am sure that all those attending will find it a rewarding experience.”
Creative Virtual’s V-Person (Virtual Assistant) solution, which will be the main focus of the company’s virtual booth, is capable of holding conversations with digital users in real time, 24/7. For users it means the sensation of communicating with a ‘real’ person able not only to answer their questions, but also to understand the context of those questions and even hold entire conversations. This finely tuned natural language technology is achieving success in a wide variety of business sectors and through a growing number of channels, including web, mobile and social media.
“The Olympics is a global celebration and a fantastic opportunity to show off all things British as the world spotlight focuses on our great nation,” said Chris Ezekiel, Founder & CEO of Creative Virtual Ltd. “Britain has a wealth of innovative and creative talent and we are proud to have been chosen to participate in this showcase of British companies, especially as it comes at a time when we are in the middle of our global expansion.”
Creative Virtual is delighted to be able to join with the British Business Embassy’s aim of bringing together business leaders to address collective business challenges and develop strong global partnerships for future growth through their participation in the Best of British technology virtual exhibition.
