Presales consultant
We are currently looking for a Presales Consultant who will be responsible for all technical aspects of the Sales cycle, providing essential technical expertise to help the Sales teams win business from new and existing customers. The successful candidate will work alongside our Customer Account Managers to create, develop and maintain profitable relationships with Artificial Solutions business customers and prospects. Professionalism, flexibility, product and domain expertise, and the ability to communicate that expertise to a wide variety of audiences are key attributes for this role.
The position will focus upon:
- Development of high quality product demonstrations
- Demonstrations of the Artificial Solutions product range to a wide variety of audiences, in a wide range of sectors
- Contributing to the technical elements of RFI/RFP/Tender completion and submission
- Conducting or participating in customer workshops, trials, evaluations, proof of concept and and other technical aspects of the Pre-Sales process.
- Providing domain expertise and knowledge transfer to the rest of the Pre-Sales Team and other departments.
- Liaison with Professional Services and other departments as part of Pre-Sales and Post Sales activities.
Previous Experience:
- Software Pre-Sales or Consultancy/Implementation experience in web based solutions.
- Strong presentation skills in order to articulate features, functions, and benefits of NLI solutions.
- A self-motivated, team playing approach with strong planning/organizational skills and commercial awareness.
- Ideally domain expertise in the interactive and web customer service (or similar) industries.
Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of web based development and design as well as object oriented programming
languages, Java in particular, and a broad and detailed understanding of technology.
In particular, you should have good skills within most of the below areas/ technologies/ methodologies:
- JavaScript, .Net, JSP
- HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, Ajax
- Agile development
- Groovy will be a PLUS
Other Skills for Swedish Presales Consultant:
- Ability to communicate technical subject matter to non-technical people.
- Ability to quickly grasp, understand and learn new technical skills and programs.
- Native Swedish.
- Fluency in English – both verbally and in writing is a MUST.
- High command of one or more other European languages will be an important PLUS.
Other Skills for German Presales Consultant:
