Spoorwegpensioenfonds, was looking for new possibillities to expand their personal services. They chose to deploy a custom built chatbot on their website. This way they are able to respond 24/7 to visitors looking for information. Trijntje answers all possible pension-related questions and if requested she can open webpages and documents. By integrating ReadSpeaker technology the answers can be pronounced. This way all information is also accessible for people with a visual impairment.

Het Spoorwegpensioenfonds, op zoek naar nieuwe mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke service heeft er voor gekozen een chatbot op hun website in te zetten om de bezoekers 24/7 tegemoet te komen in hun vraag om informatie. Trijntje geeft antwoord op alle mogelijke pensioengerelateerde vragen en kan op verzoek documenten (Pdf's) weergeven en pagina's openen. Door het integreren van ReadSpeaker technologie is het mogelijk gemaakt de antwoorden door Trijntje uit te laten spreken. Hierdoor hebben nu ook mensen met een visuele beperking toegang tot alle informatie.
