Het Spoorwegpensioenfonds, op zoek naar nieuwe mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke service heeft er voor gekozen een chatbot op hun website in te zetten om de bezoekers 24/7 tegemoet te komen in hun vraag om informatie. Trijntje geeft antwoord op alle mogelijke pensioengerelateerde vragen en kan op verzoek documenten (Pdf's) weergeven en pagina's openen. Door het integreren van ReadSpeaker technologie is het mogelijk gemaakt de antwoorden door Trijntje uit te laten spreken. Hierdoor hebben nu ook mensen met een visuele beperking toegang tot alle informatie.

Mijntje is een chatbot ontwikkeld voor 9292ov. Ze is ingezet op vier verschillende portalen: Hyves, iGoogle, Windows Live Messenger en Twitter. Via deze kanalen kan je de chatbot vragen of zij een reis voor je wilt plannen. Via Twitter moet je naar @mijntjevan9292 een Direct Message sturen met het woord PLAN om vervolgens de conversatie op te starten voor het juiste reisadvies. In Windows Live Messenger stuurt Mijntje je geen link, maar opent zij een activity window waarin het juiste reisadvies wordt getoond. Dit advies kan je gemakkelijk uitprinten of scannen met je mobiele telefoon door middel van de QR-code. Mocht je geen reisadvies van Mijntje willen, dan kan je natuurlijk ook een gewoon gesprek met haar aangaan.
