Doelstellingen van Sanna zijn:

2. Het vergroten van de kennis over de informatiebehoefte van de klant
3. Kostenbesparing op klantcontacten

Tijdens de implementatieperiode is door een nauwe samenwerking tussen Sanoma Uitgevers en The Selfservice Company een uitgebreide database samengesteld. Deze vormt de basis voor de antwoorden van Sanna.

De vragen die de klant stelt aan Sanna worden nauwkeurig gemonitord door The Selfservice Company en gerapporteerd aan Sanoma Uitgevers. Vragen die Sanna niet herkent worden zullen worden toegevoegd aan de database. Bij spoedsituaties kan de database binnen vier uur worden aangepast.

De verwachting is dat Sanna binnen drie maanden na implementatie 90% van de gestelde vragen herkent.
