My local 02 store put me a bolt on for cheaper international calls as I was coming out to Southern Cyprus. I am on Simplicity. As soon as I arrived here my phone would not let me top up or listen to my voicemails. 02 is sending me texts with numbers to top up ect but I am unable to use them. My phone just keeps saying "wrong number" . My Simplicity tariff has just run out and I am not able to now use my phone. |
Hi I have recently received this email and I am totally confused as I have a £10.50 per month payment to 02. I have not raised an order. 02 have informed me that I am to pay £47.45 next payment on the 10th May. I have been sent a new sim card but I do not need it. Why have I had NO signal for the past 2 and a half hrs in Central Scotland? Its frustrating as am using a 3 network dongal to access the internet so whats up with O2 network this evening? I have no landline so now out of touch with everyone! Thanks |
