This portal has the ability to act as a single entry point to help customers access the information or technical information they require about your product and service solutions. This tool looks and feels much like a live chat session; however, there is no live agent on the other end of the conversation. Rather, Julie determines the nature of the problem by asking questions that clarify the issue. It will then present the client with a solution based on the information it has received from them.
