The journal deals with new and current applications of intelligent systems, including expert systems, robotics and embedded intelligence.
Title History: 1986-1997 IEEE Expert, 1998-2000 IEEE Intelligent Systems and their Applications, since 2001 the title has changed to IEEE Intelligent Systems.
