Beginning in 1974, I served as a U.S. Army Ranger, Special Forces soldier, and as a special operations - Operator for the 1st SFOD-Delta (Delta Force). Since leaving the military in 1982 I have consulted in the fields of security, marketing, sales and program development. Thereafter as a commercial - entrepreneur, I have created, operated and sold off several start-ups in the fields of telecommunications, and software development. Beginning in the late 1980’s I started up and operated a series of non profit organizations beginning with the USA based 501 (c) 3 AWARE Program. In 2003 I founded the non profit Hope Street Association, a Philippines based youth movement for social and educational evolution. Serving as the chief architect Fred has recently pioneered a unique “Learning - Values - Community building” operating system called the HopeGames. The HopeGames are now being field tested by Hope Street working jointly with the Philippine Normal University, and the Sandiwaan Center for Learning for the benefit of gifted and disadvantaged Out of School Youth. |
