I am not really a good programmer. the most ive really dabbled in is game maker. ive practiced some assembly using gamehut’s genesis assembler but I didn’t really know what I was doing. getting my robot to conform to the loebner prize protocol prevents my robot from entering every year. had pseuodscience idea that robot might look through its files for an infinitesimal amount of time if the first random srai in a pattern defined itself using other words that don’t quite make a match. the robot mainly makes on guessing when a reply needs to be general and when it needs to be specific. a lot of latitude is giving in how the robot is allowed to respond. replies are almost all random. replies using markov chains. does math without xadd but does not distribute so digits must be the same. can make up part of the answer. could remove that. it is not meant to be a calculator. I guess I thought if it could just a number at random as part of the answer. there was a chance that it might actually choose the right answer. it does do actual math. if it becomes a finalist in the loebner I can start editing the robot again and start making some fixes. |
