It runs as usually as the normal chat bot session that has been already given with predefined bot Harry.

My new test bot cannot be built..

Please excuse me to ask this question, by client’s prompt you mean chatscript.exe file found in the home directory right?

I am getting the childhood chatbot prompt only.

It looks like you are entering the build as the username. Log in first with your name, then type :build 2

You must precede build with a colon.
