Hi everyone,

Delighted to meet you all virtually.  I’m Mark, new to the world of chatbots and eager to learn everything that I can.

I’m currently building a chatbot I have aptly named “MoodleBot” for the Moodle LMS platform I am implementing within a UK NHS Trust.  I seem to be making some good progress but it is time consuming work, learning, designing, building and testing.

I was asked today, is it possible to make a chatbot, pull and display a computers Asset Tag number and show it to the user?  If so what would I need to do?  Can anyone point me in the right direction?  Articles, Videos, Research papers etc…
