How is used the file config/triples.txt?

Hi

I am currently playing with program-ab for AIML2 and I have noticed that the bot alice2 has a config file triples.txt but I’m not able to find any help about it. Can it be used in all the bots? and how?

It is used to load triples into the bot in Program AB, so for example the entry for apple is like this:

APPLE:hasPurpose:to provide nourishment
APPLE:hasSize:4
APPLE:hasSyllables:2
APPLE:isa:Fruit
APPLE:lifeArea:Diet

So you can then ask things like “Is an apple a fruit?”

However, I don’t know of anyone who uses this file apart from ALICE. I have one but with far more attributes like colour, made_from, use, speed and so on.
