I’d like to find out how to build a chatbot for the sake of replacing a call centre? Is it possible to completely replace a call centre? If yes, how do I do it? If not, what are the constraints and challenges that stop us from completely replace a call centre with the human touch?

As long as you are happy, stay with it. Manychat has the most users and therefore can properly add more features in future by investing in development. I don’t know MsgHero but the comparasion on the website looks interesting. Thanks for your input on this tool, Don.
