Why AIML libraries are so outdated?

It looks like only Program O is regularly updated - all other libraries like Program D, ProgramAB, pyAIML and ProgramR are outdated! I’m using pyAIML for my project and I saw it follows specification 1.0.1 (but doesn’t implement format attribute on dates) and I’m shocked. I know it’s not your problem and problem of maintainers, but do someone know what happened with all of them after 2014? It looks like they’re totally abandoned…

Program AB supports AIML 2.0. The code is written and doesn’t need any more updates to function correctly.

Ooops, my mistake! Thanks for answer! Someone should update article on Wikipedia about AIML.

Does someone know any good tutorial on Program AB? Google haven’t gave me anything recently written.
