“FREE ENTER &” should be “ENTER FREE &”
so it as correct as the text in the larger version of the image.

Hi Haris,
I’ve registered my chatbot, but at the end of the registration phase I got the attached message.
It seems that the quotation mark (’) I entered in the chatbot description has been mistakenly interpreted by the underlying SQL engine as a closing quote for the SQL command.
If you are using a SQL statement to insert data from an HTML page, I would suggest you filter out these characters.
Anyway, since there is no clear feedback, I don’t know if the registration has been successful or not. If not I will re-register and avoid any SQL-critical character in the description. Please let me know. The chatbot is Susan ( http://www.susancalvin.org/ ).
