Dictionary Words compare software

Please I am looking for a software to run in a particular website and it picks up Dictionary words released for the day while leaving out the jagons.

This site releases new keywords daily but most of them are jagons and I want this software to scan out real words with meaning out of the lot.

Is this possible my people.

I was asking for a software to help me get real dictionary words from a website that publishes expired domains daly.
