A Projects forum might be nice for those who are actively working on a chatbot program or something related.

Sounds cool. What would the requirements be:

-full forum board
-project planning tools?

Erwin…. Strictly for the sake of conversation on a preliminary basis:

-full forum board

Yes, or otherwise separate, so if it goes off-line, the other members are not disturbed.

-project planning tools?

Something open source and free.

-uploading & sharing code

Server Side Text To Speech would be awesome!

Maybe this is a given, but just in case, the ability to invite members into a project and also an option to make it either an open or private project (invited members only) would be nice.
