Hi:

I’m working for a company currently building its first chatbot.  I’m in charge of the usability/phonetics testing part.  Was wondering what tools were available for standardizing testing of the AUDIO portion of testing a chatbot.  I.e. testing pitch, accents, noisey environments, audio equipment, etc.  Ideally I would want to do something such as record a wav file and then maybe set up something to record how the app responds to these utterances.  I know they are companies that do this analysis, but we’re trying to setup some baseline testing ourselves.

So am I crazy. Any and all input will be appreciated.

Try these links. You are not the only one apparently that is trying to find testing for audio. What you are probably looking for is testing of voice recognition software which can be used for chatbots.
