We’ve just completed one of the most important pages in our synonym project:

virtual assistants

We had to spent a lot time to complete this page as Gartner is pushing the usage of this term, recently in their virtual assistant vendor landscape 2011. We have therefore spend lot of attention on it alternative usage in other industries. I personally believe the industry should not adapt this term, it’s confusing for clients, and it’s expensive for everyone involved.
