Two CS instances on a single server machine?

I’d like to run two CS instances on a Windows server, as it looks ok to do so according to the manuals (only some reminding on memory usage.)

However when I started two CS instances, each with its own port number, it looks like the user logon on the 2nd instance will not get replied.

So is there any restriction on running two CS instances with different ports? Did I missed anything besides port numbers?

Any advice will be appreciated.
