i will using concept file instead of dictionary.
it is possible?

It is very difficult for me to make a dictionary.
my bot have not dictionary file.
they have many concept file.
my bot working is not problem?

After you group your words into concepts then what will you do?  What is the goal of your dictionary or the goal of your concepts? 

Please post a sample user input and a sample desired chatbot output.

I make a bot not yet ....
