Is it possible to add new word in chatscript dictionary, since I intended to create bot on another language?

Yes and no. One can add words to the dictionary indirectly via
concept: ~morenouns NOUN NOUN_SINGULAR ( atab natlg)
But if you want entirely a different language, you dont want the existing dictionary interferring.

And for another language you’ll have to define your own concepts that you need, analogous to the concepts.top file in english.

Linking via script to an external pos-tagger (which gives word lemmas) is also highly desirable.

How about replacing the existing dictionary, can I do that?
And I am still searching a reliable pos tagger for my language.
