Let’s say I have several files of Chatscript rules categorized by topics. Is there a means to give priority preference between them in execution? Ordering patterns from the more specific to the more general within one .top file avoid such concerns, but what did for collapsing rules in different files?

there are topic flags related to priority for selecting a topic, so you have 3 levels of priority
