can AIML convert epoch time to a strftime formatted date?

I was reading through the AIML 2.0 docs which showed ways to format the date using strftime—but it was unclear what or how to provide an actual epochtime to be displayed and formatted.

E.g. if I have ‘1434499200’ as epochtime display it as June 16 by using AIML?
