echo a concept give unknown-word

I am trying to echo a concept and it is printing unknown-word.  How do I echo the actual word?

u: (I be _~diagnosis) I got it.  Diagnosed with _0.

I am on ChatScript 5.21

use ‘_0   which is the raw word.  adhd is not in its vocabulary per se.  Or use an if and if _0 != unknown-word, show it, otherwise show ‘_0
