It appears as if a colleague of mine has discovered a way to make Denise retain knowledge by using the integrated Dragon Naturally Speaking CMDBROWSER. 

Until now Denise has only been programable through AIML coding.  However with the integration of DNS, we have a new method of teaching her.

Thanks.  To be honest I think some of them are pretty sloppy, especially the CMDBROWSER one but then again I am a perfectionist.
