Just wondering, is it possible to create/modify/delete a rule from within another rule/function (i.e. have the chatbot change one of its own files)?

Mostly not. Depends on what you are really trying to do, and is it globally for all users in future or just current user

Thanks. Specifically I was thinking about having a user (globally) modify some output within a conversation. e.g. changing a “Hi there!” to “Hello there!” within the conversation, rather than modifying the file manually, re-building, etc.

if modifying output is what you want, easiest is to have the outputs stored in a db and then read/write that db from cs
