Hello all,

thought it’d be nice to introduce myself before i start bombarding with questions.

I’m working for a Continuous Improvement team and have been tasked with finding out whether a chatbot would be a viable option to help within the operation, to maybe improve the search function on our inet. Hope fully to make life a little better for our advisers in the contact centre.

Hi Matthew and welcome!

Your thoughts are to “lighten the load” of your advisors in the contact centre? Perhaps a “knowledgeable” chatbot might provide your needs in this area.

While there are many types of bot and platforms from which to choose, it seems that the Pandorabots have a pretty good track record in this area.

Hopefully other members will weigh in on some viable options for you.
