http://www.ellaz.com/AIV/  Ellaz is a older chatbot that won the 2002 loebner contest created by Kevin Copple. He created AIV on the basis of Ellaz.  It is no longer for sale but if you contact him he will provide the code to activate it which will remove the annoying 40 min limit.  I have been using it to study computer programming and just adding new “memos” for it helps me and the memory training with it is a bonus.

Can you help me to add memory function to an AI ? what programming language are you using ? sorry I’m new to this thing :/

I did not create that chatbot Kevin Copple did but adding memory can be done several ways none of which I am familiar with as I am a amature botmaster and cheat by using chatbot hosting sites. However if you ask that in other areas in the forum or at AI dreams http://aidreams.co.uk/ I am sure someone can steer you in the right direction.
