The inhumanity really takes away my breath.

That might actually appeal to me if they were autonomous robots, but it looks like they’re just human-controlled machines. If they were autonomous, that would introduce some interesting academic and technical challenges, like real-time machine vision, strategy versus tactics tradeoffs, inverse kinematics, and more.
