Not a clue how easy this is to implement (I have zero experience with RSS), but I use RSS to keep track of forum activity and read new threads/posts without looking through the forum every hour. However, when a new reply is added to an existing thread, it would be nice to get an update to RSS, so I can see in my client (Thunderbird) that a new reply has been posted.

Good idea Mark! We’ll add this to our feature request!

We’ll need to upgrade the whole forum. We have a bunch of feature requests posted here, and we have a few ideas ourself. At the same time, we’re waiting for a forum module upgrade by ExpressionEngine, our Content Management System.

As far as I can see, we’ll upgrade early 2012. This feature request might be implemented before, but can’t promise anything.
