Andres Hohendahl reported he can publish twice by pushing ‘back’ on the browser and press submit again:

I can only replicate this with Fast Reply in Chrome. I cannot replicate it in Firefox and Internet Explorer, which is strange.

However this should not happen as we have both “Secure Mode” and “Deny Duplicate Data” turned on in EE. Both settings should prevent duplicate data. I will report this on the EE forum.
